About
Rarefied Beauty is a luxury cosmetic brand. They use pure 24 karat gold in their formulations, which range from night and day creams to serums.
Objective
To design branding and packaging that felt and looked royal.

Branding
The logo mark was inspired by the arches in the Mughal architecture. The font itself was kept minimal and sleek.
A colour palette was created with a deep green and gold accents.

(Note: The design, unfortunately, did not see the light of day and has since been adapted as my digital signature.)
Packaging
The products contain 24 karat gold flakes, and the packaging was to reflect the same luxury ingredients.
​
The day and night creams were designed to integrate patterns of the sun, the moon and the stars. The packaging of the serums included the pattern inspired by the Mughal lattice work
